Due to the above containing flammable materials, these will always be sent via courier - as required by law.

Standard courier delivery charge is £6.95*
FREE delivery threshold - orders with a value of £65 or over.

*For delivery charges - please enter your postcode into the box provided at checkout - to 'get a quote', you may do this prior to completing your order - please ensure all items that you are wishing to purchase are in the basket.

*Orders with a total value OVER £65 are delivered FREE UK mainland only - exc Highlands and Islands. all other areas charged an upgrade cost only - please 'get a quote' - see above.

In the event that you select the incorrect delivery charge or enter a country code that is incorrect - for your order (either less or more) we will amend the order and charge your card accordingly. Please ensure a telephone contact number is supplied.

Delivery by courier is within 2-3 working days (not including the day of order if after 7am) UK Mainland, Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays

We do NOT despatch on Friday, all orders received after 7am Thursday will be despatched on Monday. If you require a Saturday delivery this WILL be despatched on Friday. As always - please contact us if this causes you a problem, we will try to resolve it for you.

Goods despatched on Friday are held in depots for the weekend - more parcels go astray at that time than any other, therefore we perfer to not send out over the weekend if possible.

Orders despatched via Courier:  Use the tracking information on the email sent to the email address you provided at time of order. This will be sent on the day of despatch. If you have not received an email - it could be that the email address you supplied at the time of registration is incorrect. Contact us via email at eshop@styleoflife.co.uk - giving details or your order we will look into it for you and update you with your order status.

IMPORTANT - Always ensure to supply a contact telephone number to assist in making your delivery. Where there is a possibility that no-one will be at the address to recieve the goods and sign for the delivery - please provide a delivery address where there will be someone available - eg work address, specific neighbour. This must be done at time of order, providing alternative delivery addresses - following despatch will incur a further delivery charge.

We do not guarantee the delivery day - unless you have selected a timed delivery (added cost). We do not accept responsibility for failed deliveries. You must use the tracking information provided if you wish to know the progress of your delivery. Your order will be delivered together where this is possible, when all items are ready for despatch. Therefore if there are items on your order that are special order and you wish to have other items delivered earlier - please order seperately.  If you wish to stipulate delivery times for various parts of your order - or different delivery addresses, please ensure you place seperate orders for each delivery required.

Failed DeliveriesPlease ensure that there is someone available to sign for your parcel. If possible supply us with a work or business address for your delivery if you are not going to be at home.  When a delivery fails the driver will leave a card - please respond to this card as soon as possible.

If your parcel is not collected from the courier depot / post office within the allotted 7 days – it may be returned to us. As the courier will then charge us for returning the package to us - you will be required to pay this charge and the redelivery charge to have the packaged sent back to you. If you cancel the order at this point – the original delivery charge (if you qualified for free delivery) and the charge to us for returning the parcel – will both be deducted from the refund.

In the case of Parcelforce, your package will most likely be left at your local Post Office / Depot - details of this can be found using the card left or tracking number, from the email sent to you.

If you give us an instruction to leave your parcel in a safe place this is at the couriers discretion please follow the instructions n confiramation eamil. Also please be aware that if your parcel is lost after you giving this instruction - the courier and ourselves cannot be held responsible for refund, compensation or replacement. Where delivery is by Royal Mail then then we cannot request that you parcel is left in a safe place as they will insist on a signature.

In the case of UK Mail, email notifications will have been sent to the email address that you provided on the order, if you contact the courier to arrange for the parcel to be left without signature then you are responsible for the parcel from that point. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel being lost / stolen in this case - and therefore also not responsible for refund, compensation or replacement.

Please always try to stipulate an address where the parcel can be received and signed for.

We deliver to the whole of the UK, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and isles off the UK.



Lampe Berger fragrance can not be sent overseas - Northern Ireland, ROI, Channel Islands, IOM etc - are not included in 'overseas'
